How does per-truck pricing work?
You pay a flat monthly price for each active truck in your account. Add or remove trucks anytime — billing adjusts on your next cycle.
Are drivers and office staff extra?
No. Drivers and office users (dispatchers, fleet managers, accountants) are unlimited and free. You only pay per truck.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Set up your trucks and dispatch your first loads before you pay anything.
Do I get all features on every plan?
Yes. There's no feature gating — every plan includes the entire platform. Larger fleets just pay a lower per-truck rate.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing saves you roughly two months versus monthly.
What happens if I add trucks mid-month?
New trucks are prorated for the remaining period, then billed normally going forward.
Can I cancel anytime?
